Target had theirs half off today.

Our Walgreens had Valentine's stuff 1/2 price today.
I don't remember seeing wrapping paper specifically - but they had TONS of Valentine's gift bags.

I got a roll of Valentine paper at Target today...50% off made it only $1.75.

It just had multicolored stripes on it...well suited to b-day paper for girls.

I checked Target and the only wrapping paper they had on sale was like the poster described above and not really very Valentine's Day...ish.

I guess I will keep looking.
