For those of you who are not on Facebook and don't belong to the Disneyland page on Facebook, you may not have known about this. The DL page on FB sends out various cool updates, blogs, bits of trivia, secrets, tips, etc. Today, they circulated a blog (see link below) on "Valentine's Day Horticulture" that tells you about the little extra things that have been put around DLR, specifically DL (in the plants and by Minnie's house), for this upcoming Sunday, Valentine's Day.

Also, notice in the blog it mentions the possibility of some fun stuff for St. Patrick's Day too. I won't be there this Sunday but hopefully some of our wonderful DIS-ers will snap photos of any of this special Valentine's Day stuff for us. Here is the blog link:

Well, I am not sure if it will be around on Monday because I don't think they have put these specific Valentine's things out before 2010. I almost didn't even realize that there would be any decorations at all. I almost totally skipped over the Facebook post that Disney sent out yesterday. I don't know if this is something they do every year - it seems like whatever they are putting up this year is new, but it also doesn't sound all that elaborate when you read the info in the link I posted above. It seems as though they may just be sticking some things in some foliage around DL - with a concentration on Minnie's 'yard' in ToonTown. It obviously won't be elaborate like the Halloween or Christmas stuff. So I can only guess that they will be taking it down overnight so that it is gone on Monday, but since Monday is a holiday, you never know. They may leave it up an extra day!
