Valentine's Day candy wrappers

I am a nitwit when it comes to the search function...I am sure that others have asked if anyone is designing these in time for Valentine's Day parties at school. Can anyone point me to the applicable thread or shared account? This is my DD's last year for a Valentine's Day party (5th grade) so I'd like to get somethig a little nicer than Hershey kisses taped to a paper Valentine.

Also, if anyone has done these before, should I buy special paper to wrap the candy in or will regular paper do (with a little bit of glue??)

The candy bar wrappers should measure 5.25 x 5.5 inches for a regular milk chocolate hershey bar and the best paper is glossy brochure paper but regular or cardstock will work. I think I posted in the other threads how to make each item.
