Vagabond Inn @ Pasadena

We're trying to find an affordable hotel in Pasadena this summer. This hotel seems to be what's available (in our price range). Does anyone have any feedback on this hotel?

I have no idea about the Vagabond Inn in Pasadena, but we stayed at the Vagabond Inn in Las Vegas about five years ago and let's just say it was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at (it has since been torn down). It was very old, not very clean, and there were weird people hanging around (but it was in Vegas on the strip so...). The elevator had a capacity of 4 people and DF wouldn't ride in it because he was afraid it would break. The one in Pasadena might be better though.

I've heard recommendations for the Comfort Inn and the 2 Best Westerns in Pasadena.

Thanks everyone. I went ahead and booked it. My mom told me about the place after I couldn't get a room at the Saga. We wanted something on Colorado that was close to the Old Town Pasadena area.

I'll post a review when we get back (we're not going until July).
