I just wanted to let you know that i just booked with them for the end of september/early October. i was quoted a good price from them but also sent out for other quotes. I did find a better price and after quickly verifying the price they matched it. I am quite pleased with the service as i have switched dates for my quotes 5-6 times and they were patient and understanding. I really like the fact that they match as well as there cancellation and deposit policy is the best i have seen. If anyone is looking for someone to book through i strongly reccomend you to do your homework but would highly reccomend ultimately booking with them. Now i cant wait form the trip!!!
Just returned from a WBC trip booked with Vacation Strategy. Like you, we were able to reserve a room for a great price! In the end, that's important, but there were some hiccups. Apparently, to complete a reservation, Vacation Strategy may have to use multiple owners. Our 4 night vacation with VS, showed up as a 3 night stay at Bonnet Creek because one of the owners used never submitted their information. The VS rep I initially spoke to didn't see the irony in the fact he had left a message for me in Rhode Island two hours earlier indicating their might be an issue with the reservation. Repeated phone calls to VS and trips to front desk were required to fix the reservation. In the end, VS compensated me, (their idea), for our troubles. Personally, I will not use Vacation Strategy again despite being the cheapest. Just don't want to deal with stress and aggravation on vacation - that's an oxymoron. Also, I have to wonder if there was any connection to our assigned "troubled room" with broken water pipes and wet carpets since we booked though a discount broker. Sorry for the negativity...I just think it's important to be informed. Best wishes and happy travels!
