vacation planning service

hi all

am staying at the disneyland hotel in dec and was wondering if there was still a vacation planning service that guests can use to call and ask cast members to make reservations for fantasmic, priority seatings, etc - with this service (at least in the past) you can call prior to the deadline and put your request in and the cast members would attempt to get the reservations on the date you wanted when it was 30 days prior

i've used it in the past but can't seem to find out anything about it now

Definitely! We are heading to the Paradise Pier in a few weeks and a wonderful Cast Member by the name of Valerie Rendon did all of our meal bookings as well as she managed to get us balcony seating for Fantasmic and made the arrangements for the particular gift baskets I wanted in each room and a few other extra treats we wanted in the rooms. Valerie was a godsend!

Is it too late to ask for Blue Bayou Ressies? Or fantasmic? We are going for 2 days in dec....15th and 16th....
also how do the gift baskets work? price? details? im interested....
