Vacation homes near disney world

I was wondering if anyone has any input on rental homes near Disney for vacations. We have a large trip in the making. We would need 2 house and would like to be close to Disney and the house next to each other. I have found a few but I wasn't sure if anyone had recommendations on agencies they have used or people they have rented from, since we have never done this route before I would like to explore all options before making a final decision.

We have used Global Resort Homes 3 years in a row - love them! Windsor Hills was close. Reunion Resort was a bit of a drive but amazing.

Always stay at Reunion, Amazing homes. About a 7 minute drive to the gates.

We stayed at the house on OnlyOrlando.com. It was very nice, very easy to get to the parks, close to shopping and restaurants and very well priced. We almost booked it again for our May trip but this time we are taking our 2 year old and decided we wanted to stay on property for the transportation options.

When searching for a property, I used VRBO.com. Lots of houses to choose from. Good luck!

They're a husband and wife team with several houses in the area and they are super sweet and very easy to work with. The one we rented was off Formosa Gardens Blvd, just south of Irlo Bronson. We could be at Animal Kindgom in 5 minutes and not much longer than that for the rest. Our house had a pool and at night we could see MK fireworks from the pool deck.

That's who we used and had a wonderful experience. We prefer to stay on property, but they let us bring our dog one year when we didn't have our regular dog sitter available (only some of their houses are pet friendly, most are pet free). It was so close DH was able to drive back in the early afternoon to let the dogs out, and be back before we really missed him.

We have used www.allstarvacationhomes.com twice, and both places were amazing. All star vacation homes as a company was also very nice to work with.

Wow thank you all!! We've been doing so much research but this is a helpful point in direction!

We most recently were speaking with "mickey homes" has anyone used them before? They seem great but I haven't found anyone on here that's used them Hmm. We have now narrowed down to emerald island or windsor hills, which are pretty close together as is.. Just still not sure who to book through fully yet. Thanks again guys the input is very helpful
