Vacation Club labelled Disney Visa . Should we keep our Disney credit cards?

Now that we have our new Vacation Club/Disney Visa Cards why should we keep our old Disney Credit Cards?

What benefits did you get from the old Disney Card? You could only use it at Disney/Disney Stores. I had one but never used it because I would rather get rewards that come from regular credit cards that can be used anywhere.
