Does VA from Gatwick board the front of the plane first or the back? We cant remember.

We have flown 13 times with VA and we are struggling to remember too, I am fairly sure they board from the back first.

Yes board rows from the back forward as enter from the front of economy.

Claire ;)

Virgin generally pre-board people who need assistance (i.e. people in wheelchairs and families with very small children), then Upper Class (and sometimes Premium Economy), then Economy (from back of the cabin to the front).

Back to front makes sense - if you board front to back, the people trying to stow their bags and get settled are in the way of people trying to get to the back of the plane...

I'm glad they board back to front because our seats are at the back, so we can get on sooner! yay! 114 days to go!

Hmmm,

You would rather sit on the plane for half an hour waiting for a couple of hundred economy people boarding rather than sitting in a spacious terminal seat....Give me last minute anytime.

I do understand your point and I'm sure i will be feeling like it after being on the plane waiting for a while but usually we are one of the last to be called out and i get so impatient coss I'm always thinking once I'm on the plane I'm one step closer to WDW. Silly i know.

Trouble is, first on means after a nine hour flight, you have to wait an extra half an hour to get off, putting you at the back of the immigration queue.

Completely agree with this. Would always rather sit at the front of the plane, but that probably goes without saying ;) (first on, first off)

PE is worth it getting on quickly, getting off quickly and at Olando usually your luggage comes up quickly, well worth it.

O nnnoooo, i didn't think about having to wait to get off. OK now i wish our seats were at the front lol.
