V&A's Tipping Question...

Hi Everyone! My DH and I have reservations for V&A's for our 20th wedding anniversary in a couple of weeks. We are doing the wine pairings. My question is: Do we need to tip the Sommelier (sp?) separately from the "regular" tip? Should we plan to bring cash for separate tips or can this be done somehow on a credit/debit card?

Actually the wines are "pre-paired" on the menu itself and will be poured by your "regular" server. We've never had it otherwise and we do the wine pairings all the time.

Thank you!!! That is good to know! About the fanciest dinners we usually eat is at Carrabbas but we are SO looking forward to V&A's. I just want to try to do everything right!
