We've bought many WDW passes from them and always received them in a few days, the only exception being the time UT emailed me about an upcoming price increase resulting in a flood of orders. UT warned that it would take a little longer. If we don't buy an AP we'll be using UT, we need to have them in hand before Aug 16 in order to attach them to our BW ressie in time for our 60 day FP+ window. Sooo.... how quickly have you been receiving tix from them recently.

Thanks,

Bill From PA

I'm in NY and ordered in early March in order to have them in plenty of time for our FP+ window opening in early June. I did not pay for the shipping upgrade as we've had no issues with them in the past using this method.

Well, 3 weeks came and went with no package. I started to get really nervous, thinking that maybe I threw them out by mistake. I hadn't gotten a shipping confirmation email but figured that maybe I missed it or deleted it by accident.

I emailed the customer support and received an answer right away. They had gotten behind on orders. They let me know when they were sent out and gave us a free upgrade to Fed-Ex.

If they had just let me know there was a shipping delay, that would have been fine. I would have known not to expect them.

For that reason, we may use Maple Leaf next time as the prices were only about a dollar off per ticket, even with the Mousesavers newsletter discount on UT. My parents have used them many times and are happy with the services.

Sorry for the long story. It wasn't a horrible experience, but not a perfect one.

I'm in NC. I ordered mine on May 17 and they were delivered May 28. Since they required a signature I had to wait a couple days and pick them up at the post office.

I ordered mine last night with the regular free delivery option. The confirmation said to expect them July 29.

People swear by UT but they are not fast at all. Not sure what they have to do on their end but it takes a whole for them to ship.

I think it took about 45-50 days for our tickets to arrive might even have been 2 months. We ordered back in February so way before 60+ for us.

I'm betting part of it is how busy they are, but part of it is where people live.

I can't say I've ordered recently, but we've always gotten ours pretty quickly.

For me though, if I'm running short on time....I just drive over to my AAA office. Usually their prices are a few dollars more than UT, other times they are slightly lower. Beyond that, they have more than just tickets.

I am in Arizona, ordered tickets to WDW and Universal in mid-June, and received them in less than 10 days.

I live in Louisiana. I ordered tickets on the 21st of last month and they arrived on the 25th. I did not pay for expedited shipping.

I've used them 3 times and this past time has been the only time I had trouble with receiving my tickets. I ordered them and 3 weeks came and went. Since I hadn't received my shipping notice, I called to see if I could make a change. They still hadn't shipped so thankfully I could. I changed my shipping to priority to receive in 2-3 business days and it still took over 2 weeks to receive after I was told they would ship the next day. I would use them again but I would give PLENTY of time to get them. Weird thing was I actually got them the day before my 60 days out to get fastpasses so no harm no foul.

Just to update, I ordered mine on the 14th with regular free delivery. They arrived on the 21st.

I ordered mine on July 16th in the evening and received them July 21st. I live in Georgia so they didn't have very far to go.

Incredibly fast! I ordered mine last Thursday with regular delivery and they arrived yesterday (Monday)! I'm in Oregon so they had quite a ways to travel!
