Using U.S. Rates

I am still trying to get my head round the U.S. being able to use RATES and we can't. Can I as ex Brit Forces (use their RATES as Military) get discount?, and if so is there any other way we can get dicounts? for the rest of us

I found this thread for you which is about the Swan and Dolphin rates http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=986882 there is a link on there for Dreams Unlimited Travel. You can email them for a quote and they can apply any discounts they can for you.
