Using the DDP and finding a Regular Steak Dinner???

My husband wants to know where to find a place to eat a "Regular Steak dinner"?. This means the a steak without all the fancy sauces on it, wants it plain . Salad nothing fancy there either and a baked potato. This he said would make his day. If anyone has idea please let me know.

I don't know about a baked potato, but you can just request the steak without any sauce. At most places you could substitute mashed potatoes or fries for the side if they don't have a baked potato.

Le Cellier you can ask for the steaks prepared without the sauce, and it is 1 TS credit. Yachtsman Steakhouse at the Yacht Club is another one and is 2 TS credits.

You could eat anywhere a la carte that has steak, and ask for the steak to be prepared with no sauces or spices.

As a PP already said, just ask for the steak with nothing on it and he'll be fine.

You can also get a ribeye (no sauces) at the Pepper Market at Coronado Springs, and it's only 1 CS, not TS!

The Wave had a nice steak. I don't know about the baked potato-I had fries I think.

I had a great NY strip at Tony's in MK. I think it had a wine sauce with it, but as PP's have said you can just order it without the sauce. It came with broccoli and mashed potatoes. I can't remember if a baked potato was offered but the steak was awesome!

We had a very nice steak dinner at the Coronado Springs Resort with a baked potato last spring - I don't remember any special sauce but I'm sure you could ask that it be left off. I don't know if that's still on the menu there or not.

Also, you mentioned using the DDP...you will most likely have to pay OOP for a salad (unless you are on the Deluxe plan)

Big River Grille @ the Boardwalk has good steaks without frills... can get either a sirloin or strip steak and shrimp combo ... The Yachtsman is awesome (most of their steaks have melted butter on top instead of sauce), but the side dishes are more frilly
