Using pool/other amenities after check out?

Our trip ends on a Sunday. I know check out is at 11 am, but our planes do not take off until around 6 pm or later.

We will be staying on CL at Yacht Club. I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that we are still able to use the CL lounge for the rest of the day on our check out day--so we could still go up there in the afternoon and get a drink or snack, right?

What about the pool? Could we spend a few hours in the early afternoon at the pool--and if so, is there a place we can change/shower at Storm Along Bay? Or maybe in the workout room?

You can use all the resort has to offer until Midnight of your check-out day. Although, I have never stayed CL so I am not sure about that one.

I have not stayed at Yacht Club or been to Storm Along Bay, but I know CBR had a locker room with showers.
