Can you use the parks the day you check out? Say if I went for 4 nights Feb 10-14 as an example and checked out the morning of the 14th by 11:00 am, can I still use my park pass for later in the day or is it cancelled as soon as you check out?

As long as you have days left you can use the tickets. Since you say you are going to be there for 5 days/ 4 nights as long as you have 5-day tickets then you can use them. Even though the tickets are on your room key, they are not tied to each other.

You can buy a ticket from 1 to 10 days. If you would like to go to one of the 4 theme parks every day of your trip you would need a 5 day Magic Your Way park ticket. If you want to park hop, you have to purchase the park hopper option with your ticket. Otherwise, you could only go to 1 park per day. :)

You have me a little confused. I'll give you my actual scenario. Check in All Star Sports April 28, check out May 2nd. Thats 4 nights. I was going to get the 5 day Magic you Way ticket and add the free water park/park hopper upgrade. So the 5th day would be my checkout day, so am I correct in assuming that I could use the 5th day of my pass on the day I check out as long as the parks are open even though I am checked out of my room? Also if this is correct, does Disney store your luggage for that day or would it be my own responsibility? We are going to a different hotel for 2 nights after Disney to try Universal for the first time.

If you have five day tickets you can go to the parks on your check out day. Bell services can store your luggage until your actual departure time.:goodvibes

Your tickets are good for 14 days starting with the first day of use.

A 5 day Magic Your Way with water park and park hopper options ticket will give you 5 days at the 4 theme parks and 4 visits to your choice of Blizzard Beach, Typhoon Lagoon, Disney Quest in Downtown Disney or Disney's Wide World of Sports. These tickets expire in 14 days.

You can store your luggage at your Disney resort on your check out day. Just return to the resort later that day to pick them up. Bell services will hold them for you.

Hope this helps.

Checl out does not cancel the remaining park admission.

You could even use it the day after or the day after, up to 13 days after the first day of usage. If you never used that room key for park admission (for example used an older ticket or annual pass instead) or if you added non-expiration, then the rest of the room key admissions can be used much much later.

You can also use all the resort stuff (Pools and stuff ) on your checkout day up until 11:59pm that night. Disney is great in giving you a full day on both check-in and check-out.You might not have your room but everything else is OK to use.

Not only can you still use park pass, but if there's an evening EMH, even though you've checked out of your resort, you can go to that, too.

Not sure where to post this so I am posting in several places.
We purchased a 7 day hopper for a friend to go with us to disney and now they can't go. Does anyone know if I can use this for my two kids another time, but for 3 days for each child? It is ---1 Seven day hopper that has not been used-signed-or printed as of yet. I didn't know if they would allow 1 ticket for 2 people even if the days are on it. Ya know?
Thanks in advance for any help

I dont think for 2 people. I think you can use it for one of them- then it will become their ticket- it will be signed and finger scanned.....

Nope, they can't share it. Only one person per pass.

Thanks- I'm gonna just use it for 2 different visits I guess. The problem with that is both my kids will be too old for the next visit to qualify for a child pass. Do you think I can upgade a partially used 7 day park hopper with no expiration to an adult ticket after some days have been used?

It depends on the # of days are on your MYW tickets. We didn't realize this in September and we needed to add an additional day (total of 10 dollars for 3 people).
We were staying for 6 days 5 nights. Well, we get there earlier on the day we arrive and we leave late on check out day, so both days, in the past we have used our park hopper no problem. However, in September, on the day we checked out, we were able to get into the park becase there were no days left on our ticket ( I was one of several people in line with the similar problem). It's because the MYW tickets are good for the number of nights you are staying, not the days.
Disney however, has made the solution easy, you just have to add an additional day on your hopper. Which is extremely inexpensive, again it was 10 dollars for 3 adults.

Hope this helps.

Unlike the Length of Stay/Ultimate Park Hopper tickets of the past that were tied into your reservation, had to match the number of nights you stayed and expired at midnight of your check out day, MYW tickets have nothing to do with the number of nights you stay. You don't even have to purchase a Disney package with tickets to match the length of your stay. Many folks stay for 5, 6, 7 days during the free dining and only purchase single day tickets with the package.

If a guest purchased 5 day MYW tickets for a 6 day/5 night stay and went to a park on arrival day, then again on each subsequent day, there would be no admissions left on check out day (arrival day used day 1 from the ticket; 2nd day used day 2, third day used day 3, fourth day used day 4, fifth day used day 5). So when you go to enter a park on day 6, there are no admissions remaining. You would have needed to purchase a 6 day MYW ticket, not a 5 day to enter on that last day.

Luckily, the ticket could still be upgraded for only a few dollars to add the 6th day, even after you have checked out of your resort.
