Using online help on WDW website.

Hi.
Does anyone know if you can cancel and/or edit existing reservations with the online live help people at WDW website?

The hold times are always so long on the phone but on the Internet it goes right to someone .

Has anyone done this or attempted to?

I'm pretty sure it's the same people as on the phone. I'm in the IT dept. of a call center, and typically, the same people you chat with on those help sites are the phone operators as well.

I'd call rather than do this. I've had reservation problems on that site before that were fixable only over the phone.
