Using old Universal Dining Plan cards?

Brother-in-law gave us their old dining plan cards about 5 years ago. I am aware that the dining plan has been suspended, but if there's a balance on there I can use, then I'm all for it.

Are the cards transferable for us to use?
And if so, is there a way to check the balance?

The back of the card only directs me to a now broken link.

A broken link makes me say it is not in the system anymore

You could always call UO and ask

No idea if that dining program is transferable to a new party

Ask at check in. In 2019, I had cards from 2018. It was valid until used they said. they told me what was left on each card. However, they were my cards. I don’t know about that part of your question
