Using my free dining pin online???

So after a 45 minute call to Disney, I finally got a pin! The girl gave me a 15 digit code for free dining. My question is, is there a place online where I can enter the code and book the package myself or do I need to call Disney back?

If it opens, just take out the pre-populated PIN and enter your info.

I was told if it had "book it" then you could do it online and if not you have to call.

I had a code mailed to me in Nov (JL6) but didn't think we would get to WDW this year so didn't book it. Now we have decided to go in Sept but was told on the phone that we couldn't use our code as it expired Dec 20, 2010. He did tell me the only way for free dining now was one of the 15 digit personal pin. How the heck did you get them to give you one? DH says we can go IF we get the freed dining!
