Using MS to make ADRs

I spoke with MS yesterday about my upcoming trip and asked if members were still have trouble making ADRs+10. I had heard that the DVC reservation number was not showing on the dining computers. The advisor told me to call MS to make my ADRs. She suggested that for something special like CRT I should call the dining # but MS could handle all other ADRs. Has anyone use MS for this and how did it work out?
TIA

I'm wondering about this, too. My 90 day mark is on a Sunday, and MS will be closed. So do I chance waiting until Monday to call? I'm going Thanksgiving week, and don't won't to miss my turkey day meal (as of now LTT is my plan)!

I used them for our upcomming trip in Oct, with the exception of CRT and it worked out fine! I reccomend using them actually, because they were able to help us get a table together for Boma (apparantly large parties are hard to accomadate). I found them more helpful than regular disney dining. One thing to note, they did not ask about food allergies-but I'll call the restaruaunts directly the week before hand, so if there are any special issues you may want to bring them up right away. I will use them in the future as well...except for CRT LOL

Mine is too, and rest assured we'll be calling at 7:00 AM on the dot on Sunday to try to get Cindy's!

Don't forget, this 90+10 is a double-edged sword. Sure, you can make reservations 93-94 days in advance, but the problem is, so can everybody else, and a lot of them are arriving earlier than you are and staying longer!

This plan REALLY benefits people who are staying 10 days or more...not so much those who are only staying 4-5 days (our normal pattern) By the time I call, there will have been NINE days of 90+10 people staying for longer periods who will have had prior access to anything I want. A lot of people stay long periods at Disney, and I'm not at all sure anything will be left.

I'm just hoping to get something on Day 4 or 5. I've read several posts on the restaurant board about people calling at the crack of dawn at 90 days and getting nothing.

I'm not saying it's a bad system -- it still gives us a leg up on the off-site people -- but I think it remains to be seen what the real impact is on DVCers.

There's an easy fix: Stay more days! :)

We are staying 10 nights, but the first night of our ressie is NYE, and I want a specific dinner time for that night. I will be calling at 8 AM on the 90 day mark, but I suspect that will be a very difficult ressie, since the folks whos trips are ending that night, made their ressies 10 days earlier! Not at all fair if you ask me.

My understanding is that only a certain percentages of ADRs at any given restaurant will be available more than 90 days out so there will be space for folks at the true 90days. I'm not sure how it works but I read that somewhere.

This is from Allears:

Dining PS can be made from 7 AM to 10 PM weekdays and 7 AM to 8 PM on all holidays and weekends.

There are currently two toll-free numbers avaialable. They are 877-939-3732 (this only works in the United States) and 800-828-0228. On both numbers, press 3 after the message starts. Once you press 3, you'll then be sent to the WDW-DINE cue and have to answer even more questions. For our Spanish speaking friends, there is also a toll-free number at 800-459-5432.

You might want to call at 7 AM, rather than 8 AM. Good luck, Dianne!
