I have posted this on another thread, but I received a PM and I thought I'd better clarify this info with it's own post. The MNSSHP tickets do count as a stand alone park entry ticket and can be used to turn in quests to receive a set of prize cards. The trick to making this happen, however, is timing.
The park closes at six o'clock on party days, and so does VMK central. MNSSHP begins at seven o'clock. However, you can use your MNSSHP tickets to enter the park as early as four o'clock. So, if you come early (before six o'clock), you can turn in quests with your party tickets, no questions asked. But if you don't arrive until six or after, you are out of luck, because vmk headquarters is closed.
