If the ride you want has a Singe Rider line, that's how you can get multiple rides in a row with and without MP. For example, get a MP for SM. Before your return time, use SR. Then use your MP. Book another MP as soon as you scan in. As soon as you exit the ride, get back in the SR line. Wash, rinse, repeat. I'm not sure if all rides on the FP/MP system have a SR line, but for those that do, this could work for you. And SR can be used multiple times in a row without FP/MP -- there is no limit for using SR.

Goofy's Sky School, Grizzly River Run, Incredicoaster, Indiana Jones, Radiator Springs, Space Mountain, Splash Mountain, and Matterhorn have single rider

Guardians was the ride I wanted to stack.

I could of sworn you could with the paper fp .

So I did try and get a paper one with it on Maxx pass and nope I couldn't lol.

It's all good having fun I just wanted to stack that ride we love it and if it has single rider we definitely would do it

Love, love, love Guardians! If you ever get a chance to have an EMH in DCA, that's your time to slam Guardians. Grab a FP on Maxpass as soon as you scan in, ride through EMH continually, go again regular line right after regular rope drop and continue until the wait gets too long, use your FP, grab another FP as soon as you scan your first. You can get somewhere between 6-8 rides depending on how busy it is. Turns out I actually did have a limit as to how many times I enjoyed riding :rotfl:

It is a whole lot better than WDW where you have to use 3 FP+ before getting another for one of the same rides!

Have fun riding GOTG!!! 2 is my limit for that one!!! After that, I have to sit down. :rotfl:

Actually, at WDW you only need to have used your pre-booked FP+'s, which does not necessarily need to be three. You can pre-book one, two, or three. So if you only pre-booked one FP+ at WDW, as soon as you scanned in you could grab another FP+ for any other ride.

The huge downside to this is that you cannot book another Tier 1 FP+ in the parks which use the tiered system (all but MK of course). You have to get through the three before you are able to book another Tier 1 option. Thank goodness DLR doesn’t use a tiered system (yet...?)! We much prefer MaxPass!

You can ride it again after using your first one.

Importantly, this means once your maxpass is scanned. You do not have to wait until the ride is complete. We once rode Screamin' several times in a row by booking our next pass while waiting to board. Not sure if they still have immediate availability like they used to after launch (at least in the mornings on certain rides) but if they do this is a good system!

I doubt that will happen because the problem with any given WDW park is that it has very few good rides, except MK. DLR is not spread too thin, it has the opposite problem -- with a parkhopper pass and a 45 second walk across the plaza the place becomes one gigantic park with as many good attractions as all four WDW parks. That's one reason I like DLR so much better than WDW!

You can't do this with paper FP either. It's actually easier with MP since you can pull it again as soon as you've scanned in (ie- while you're still in line but haven't boarded yet).

Couldn't you before get a fp in Disneyland and walk over and get one in Disney Cali because the system wasn't connected ?

I actually really like this Maxx pass thing.

What I really like is order food on the app and just picking it up so much better then waiting in line

I believe it used to be possible before there was any sort of digital system. You could pull a paper FP for a ride, then use that paper to enter the FP line. The redemption time was no earlier than 45 minutes no matter how many FPs were given out. So you could get a new FP in 45 minutes, when the FP time hit, or in 2 hrs (whichever came first). The system didn't know when or who would actually redeem it, which is how you could just "gift" paper FPs to strangers if you ended up not planning to use them. I have vague memories of "stacking" those ones, since the system didn't know if you had used the first one or not. At the very least, when the window for the first FP opened, you'd be able to get another FP for that ride without having ridden it first. But I don't remember if, for example, you got a FP that wasn't active for 3 hrs. In 2 hours you can get another FP - I don't remember if the system would know your first window hadn't opened and wouldn't let you get another FP for it yet. Does that make sense?

In the months before Maxpass, they introduced digital FPs. That was when the 45 minute wait time went away and you were able to get almost immediately FPs. And that was when you had to start scanning your ticket to redeem the FP. At that time, it knew if you used the FP or not, so you had to wait to use it before getting another FP for that ride.
