The 4 day Parkhopper passes we bought from the AMA (Alberta Motor Assoc) includes free parking in the Mickey & Friends (also $10 ESPN and one Early Entry).

My question is how do we utilize the free parking? Present the pass at the parking gate?

Is there a limit to how many days we can park there? What I am thinking is if we want to just go to Downtown Disney one day and not enter the parks, could we park for free, or would a day be deducted from our passes.

Also, where can we tell which days are early entry? We are going Dec 31 to Jan 7.

Thanks

DTD has free parking (for the first 3 hours and they'll give you an additional 2 hours free with validation from one of the restaurants or movie theater), so you don't need to use the free parking you have with your tickets.

Yes, you just present the pass at the entrance to the parking structure. I used this last year, and my memory isn't all that great, but I don't think they 'deduct' a day from the pass or even keep track for that matter. I remember showing the pass to the attendant and he gave us a ticket for our dash. I don't think he even checked the stamp on the tickets. In fact, how could he, because the first day you go tot he park the pass won't have a date stamp yet.

As for parking at DTD, you get the three hours free and if you eat at a restaurant or take in a movie, you can get additional validation. It's quite a trek from the parking garage to DT Disney, in fact, if you want to do this, you should take the tram because it drops you off right in front of World of Disney.

Sorry, can't help you with early entry.

Have a great trip!

Thanks everyone

We are staying at the Homewood Suites - do you think we are better to take the shuttle or drive to the parks?
