Using Fastbreak at Budget - How does it work?

I've been looking at joining FastBreak at Budget but I wondered whether it was worth it at MCO or Port Canaveral. I can't tell from the Budget site. When I first looked at it I did not see either MCO or Cocoa Beach/Port Canaveral locations as a Fast Break location but when I was looking at some rates "Fast Break" location popped up. How does this work - is it like Avis Wizard or National Emerald Aisle? Also I could not see anyway to join online just printing out and mailing - how long did it take you to become "official" with Budget? Thanks for any insight.

You can fax it to them. The number is toll free. They want to see your signature that is why you need to mail or fax it to them. It takes about a week to get your information, faster if you fax it.

basically, it is a special line at the counter. Or, if they have a fast break choice location, you go and get the car without hitting the counter first. Choice is not available at MCO, but, regular fast break is. If you follow the links on the page I linked to, all the information will be there.
The fast break shows up by default on every reservation form.
