Using DDP at CRT?

I know that appetizers are not included with the DDP, but since CRT takes 2 DDP credits, is an appetizer included there?

CRT is a fixed menu, fixed price meal. Appetizers are included at fixed menu, family style all you can eat, and buffet restaurants.

The reason isn't because it is a 2 TS meal but because it is a fixed menu, fixed price. Other than the dinner shows, which are also fixed menu, appetizers are not included with the basic plan at 2 TS restaurants.
