Using AirTran vouchers?

Last year we had a delayed flight leaving Orlando and AirTran gave us 5 $25 off vouchers for future travel. We are getting ready to book flights for January and I wasn't sure how I should go about using them. Can I book the flights as normal and at the end enter each code one at a time and $125 will come off the total? Or should I purchase everyone's seats separately to be sure I can use all of the vouchers?
