I'm not sure what type of subscription we have - I think its the only the basic one. My wife set it up so I can't remember. But, I don't think we paid for any extras, just the ability to set up touring plans.

You can do custom plans with a basic (free) subscription. The paid subscription gets you access to the Lines App and their "premium" touring plans (among other things).
