Using a coupon with Alamo?

How do you use a coupon at the kiosk with alamo? It won't let me check in online because i have a coupon. It it is just a number do i just enter it at the kiosk? Because i have no physical coupon. thanks

It's just a number usually unless it's from somewhere special. If it's from Alamo then you just have the number on the reservation. I don't really get why it makes a difference if you have a coupon for the online check-in.
