Using 40% Discount sent to parents

So my parents got a 40% discount code and forwarded the email to me. They have same last name as I do, and I could potentially even use a credit card with their same address. Would I be able to use?

the 40% is for the room only right? I got one and wish I could go and even thought about calling just to see what the total would be. But probably get depressed, hope I get another one sometime later
