Ziplocs-
We used one drawer for snacks and many were the full-size bags. Every morning I told each kid to pack a snack and they could have whatever fit into their baggie. Otherwise DS9 would have brought a whole bag of Cheetos for Magic Kingdom but he would have eaten it all on the bus ride there!!
I loved having them when DS2 waited too long to tell me he needed to pee for the 2nd time in one morning and we had to haul around lots of wet clothes.
I used one of the gallon size to fit in wet wipes, a pair of shorts & undies for each of my 2 youngest, & extra hand sanitizer. It fit neatly in the stroller basket and I never had to take it out when I folded the stroller.
And at Tusker House when DD2 slept through the entire meal, I used a small ziploc to save 2 (yes, only 2, although I would have liked about 20...) of those little, tiny, brownie lava-cake things, ohhh, they were so good and I knew she would just love them! So, flame me if you want, but I took them for her to eat later, and she loved me for it!!!!
