Username: Axel is my favourite character of the Kingdom Hearts series. He gives up everything to do the right thing and that's a really admirable quality. Plus, he fights with fire, which is my favourite element to fight with. I always choose the fire starter Pokémon.

Tags: "Introduce a Little Anarchy 1979-2008" is in memory of Heath Ledger, who will always be one of my favourite actors. I love his movies so much and I thought he was a really great actor and his passing was so sudden and unexpected. For me, his death was the same as Michael Jackson's to a lot of people.

"Pi a la Mode" is just something fun. I'm a closet math nerd (like...I really enjoy just sitting down and working out algebra equations. There's something calming about the way numbers are rational compared to literature [I'm an English major]). So it's a play on the dessert "pie a la mode", meaning pie with ice cream and substituting the symbolic representation of a mathematical figure (in this case, the number 3.14159265...).

"Jack, I swear..." is the last spoken line in the short story "Brokeback Mountain" by Annie Proulx. It's another Heath Ledger tag since he played the part of Ennis Del Mar (the character who says the line) in the movie adaptation of the story. It's my number one favourite movie. I could watch it non-stop and love it every time. It's also the only movie that makes me flat-out cry. It's because Ennis has never been the type to say "I love you" and he doesn't feel that the phrase could encompass everything Jack was to him, so instead he makes an oath to himself about all the regrets he has in regards to their relationship.

Signature: Everybody is going on and on about their "team" for Twilight. I'm not a Twilight fan, but what the series is to a lot of people Supernatural is to me. This series has changed my thoughts on how television should be. I worry for the boys and I feel their pain. They fought the hardest fight anybody could choose to. Instead of choosing Heaven or Hell they fought for humanity and people and they lost a lot doing it. They chose free will over the easy road. Dean says in one episode that Team Free Will is made up of one ex-blood junkie, a high-school drop-out with $16 to his name, and Mr. Comatose (Cas, the angel who was currently passed out on the bed). Not much of a team to go up against the armies of heaven. But those three (plus Crowley, the demon also known as the King of the Crossroads and in charge of demonic deals and Gabriel, the archangel in hiding as Loki the pagan god because he didn't like his family) stood up to the armies of Heaven and Hell. And they won.

I've also got all my trips listed. Both past and my planned future trips. Listed along with the month/year of the trip and where I stayed, is what we celebrated while we were down there or who we brought with us.

Location: "With the Winchesters" is another Supernatural reference. the Winchesters are two brothers who travel across the country "saving people, hunting things; the family business". Of all the things I want to be real, their lives is pretty near the top. Their lives suck, but I'd take it over mine.

Avatar: Gabriel from Supernatural. He's my favourite character because I can identify with him so well. He's afraid of standing up to his family because he doesn't want to hurt them, even though he knows that they're in the wrong. He won't stand up to Heaven because the angels are his brothers and he won't stand up to Hell because Lucifer is also his brother, albeit fallen from Grace. He hates his family, but he knows that that's what they are: family.

What a cool thread!

Username: BeyondHorizons. There's no relation to the debunked Epcot attraction, but instead inspired by the horizon line itself. Especially when viewed by the shore of the ocean, the horizon simply inspires me. Call it oversentimental, but the possibilities that exist beyond that horizon, both literally and spiritually, is cause to think and wonder. There were also no numbers, symbols, or underscores needed, so I think it looks pretty swanky too

Tags: Both are from the TV show Doctor Who. The first one is a reference to me traveling w/ the Doctor who I think of as the "real Doctor", that being the 10th Doctor, David Tennant. Then there is the Tardis (his time machine) and then "allonsy" which is a phrase he said during the show.

Sig: RENT is the musical I am still completely obsessed with at the moment (I always have one that I'm into...which one it is just keeps changing). The words in blue are pieces of song lyrics and me coming out and just stating my obsession to the world (the Rent-head part...it's what we call ourselves).
