I'm trying to pad my post count to get over 8,000 - you're close to 4,000.

I just bookjed our air to WDW in May. Still planning for October, but the kids want us to babysit for a week so they can go to a NYC wedding. It will depend on how long they want us for. Damn - wanna meet us in May? Going to POFQ.

My son gets commissioned on 14 May and graduates 15 May, so I guess we can't get together in May.

The kid landed a job in recruiting for the NYARNG, so he's happy for the next 3 years anyway.

Yeah I thought so - I didn't think anyone did that part time. Lot's of pressure in that job --- good luck to him. Will he still drill on weekends?

Yeah, he still has to drill and do his 2 weeks. I think he'll be a nondeployable asset to his unit, though, and he gets comp time instead of drill pay.
