Thanks for your quick reply. It is very weird it keeps saying delivery failure. I wonder if something is wrong on their end. Hmmmm. I will call them.
 
I got that right from the disney site but the gf is wrong on there
let me check my gmail
i stayed CL at the WL last year so I have it in my address book
 
I have the same one in my mail from them so it must be some kind of glitch. I left a message for them and booked my ADR's in the meantime. Thanks so much.

That happened to me too. Their mailbox is full. I finally called them. I've emailed them several times and have had luck getting through only twice. All the other times I got the delivery failure-mailbox full notice. :confused3
 
I'm going to try my question here since i didn't get a response on the WL thread.. Do I give my room location request to the IPO? And if I do, does anyone know of the best room locations for the deluxe rooms at WL?

yes the room assigners are different for the club levels
tell the IPO what you want
we had a bunk bed woods view last august and could see the castle and watch wishes for our balcony it was great!!
 
I'm so impressed with the IPO for our upcoming stay at the Beach Club!!

The ladies there are fantastic & have helped us out with an Illuminations Cruise, ADR's (when there were none to be found when I called myself), ADR changes & more.

I really want to send some goodies to thank them, so do you think it would be safe to send it to the address that's listed in this thread?

ITA!! WE LOVE DON! My boys love his Donald Duck impression. I love how helpful he is and the wonderful way he makes me feel like our family is the only one planning an upcoming stay. Don is hands down the best of the best at WDW!! {"):thumbsup2

Yes, I agree! Don has been wonderful in helping me as well. I had a nice chat with him a couple of weeks ago - very friendly guy!! Sounds like from your post that he's in the AKL lounge? I hope I get to meet him and thank him in person in September :)

I sent a basket to the WL ploy IPO last year they are at the Poly

I believe the 3 epcot resorts IPO is at the Yacht Club and you could sent it there attention Itinerary planning office with the panners names and a thank you note.

I had the same wonderful experience and sent a gift basket too. This is the mailing address that they gave me, Itinerary Planning Office, 1700 Epcot Resorts Blvd, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830.
 
We have had great experiences both times with the BWI IPO. It is the same one as the Beach Club too. They are great!! The first year we had a big popcorn assortment delivered to them. Last year I sent them a box full of local goodies from Iowa you can't get down in the South such as Sterzings potato chips and such. They seem to really like the thank yous!!:thumbsup2 Can't wait until I can send them another thank you-that will mean my trip is close!!:banana:
 
This would be for anyone going to concierge floor with food allergies. In my case I can not have wheat gluten. I have been able to contact some of the Chef's ahead of time and it has helped. I stayed at the Contemporary in March and Chef Royal and Chef Lorene went out of their way to make sure I could have 2 food offerings and dessert like everyone else. I have their e-mail addresses, but I am not sure if I could post it. If someone has food allergies and would like the e-mail address, PM me. I can't say enough about the Chef's for the Contemporary concierge, and how planning does help. They even special ordered pastries for me so I could have them for breakfast. I was so pleased with them. I am now working with the Boardwalk and waiting to hear from the Wilderness. Just thought I would pass this along. A few years ago I had no idea where to turn, now I do.

Congrats on your booking!! I emailed them a hello letter. I heard back the same day and then a week later received a letter from IPO.
