I have purchased with them & had a good experience thus far! I purchased my trip and then called the resort I am staying at & they had all my information. The Hilton then emailed me a confirmation directly from the hotel so that I know I will not have any issues at check in. I have called to ask them some questions too and they have been very responsive. I hope this helps!!
