I’m currently thinking about purchasing a direct contract at either RIV or Poly.
I plan to do the purchase in March and the logic thing to do is to take a March use year and therefore match my existing AKV use year.
But now I’m wondering if it would be better to get a later use year (September for example) in order to get the 2024 points at a ‘discount’ with the prorated dues.
Managing two use years won’t be much of a problem for me but getting those extra points sounds like a sweet deal. Am I understanding all of that correctly or am I missing something about getting those points for the previous use year?
