use of microwave etc in food courts

I've seen posts before about being able to use the microwaves and toasters in the food court at the all star resorts...does anyone know if its acceptable?.....I'll be bringing breakfast items for the room (ie bagels) and if there is access to the microwave, I'll bring along popcorn for snacks. thanks in advance

Sure it is acceptable! The micro and toaster are on the other side of where you get your food at the ASSMo foodcourt. Not far from the soda fountain. I used it to warm DS bottles. I saw numerous people use it for popcorn and such.
