Use ME just to get to WDW?

Bare with me.... I can save $200 on the car rental if we rent at the Car Care Center. We are staying 7 nights at our condo, then moving to a resort. So, my question is, can we take ME to, say, Poly, take a cab over to the car care center and rent the car? Then at the end of our vacation, when we are staying on property, return the car and take ME to the airport.

Thanks! Looks like about $80ish to take Mears to the Car Care Center at the beginning of our stay. Then we can take ME back to the airport at the end. It is still >$200 savings to pick up the car at CCC vs. the airport.
