Just an FYI to anyone that has had USAIR change their flight on them:
We booked our flight for 09/04 - we got roundtrip direct flights from Buffalo to Orlando at the times we wanted.
Received an email from USAIR today changing our flight time to time that definately wouldn't work. I called and they offered to refund our money or schedule us on other flights (we would have to pay the price difference)
I got with our group and discussed our options. We decided to make them schedule us on more convenient flights (at their cost) or worse case get our money back.
I didn't even have to fight or threaten to fly Delta - they gave me tickets that go for over $350.00 for the same cost of our original flight - $211.00!!!!
Talk about customer service!!!!!
