USAir just changed our flights for our trip this November. We will be leaving after my niece's lax tournament so we needed a late flight. I had booked the last flight of the day which was also non-stop. Got an email today stating our flight was changed to an earlier flight which wouldn't work for us. I called USAir and spoke with the rep about my situation and asked since USAir changed our flights can I get a complete refund. She said yes, I was surprised, so she cancelled our flights and placed the refund request which will show up on my credit card within 7 - 10 business days. She didn't mention any fees so I better received the full refund since USAir changed our flights.
Then I went and booked Airtran which cost a little more, but it works for our schedule. I'm very pleased.
