Usage days on the 21 day ticket

I'm sure I read somewhere that on the 21 day ticket, it starts the day you check in to your resort, rather than the day your first use it. Is this right? I'd rather have the use on check out day rather than check in day.

They start when you enter the first theme park. Also unless things have changed recently they are valid for 22 days not 21.
We used to always go for 24 or 25 nights so always called at guest services to confirm the expiry day and make sure we could still squeeze the extra day out of them. Only used comp tickets for last 2 years though, hopefully nothing has changed.
