My baby son arrived 3 weeks early on 1st July and I called at the weekend to add him to our booking. When I called US Airways I received an e-mail listing all passengers and it lists our new baby son twice and I'm not listed at all! I called them and they said they can see my name on the booking and e-mailed me something which showed the passengers were listed correctly. However, when I log into their website I can see the same information as was in the original e-mail. I called them again and they have said it is a problem with their system and it is because Charlie is attached to my ticket as he does not have his own seat but I don't feel comfortable that I can't see my own name on the booking. Has anyone else had this problem?

On a more positive note when I called Disney to add him to our room reservation I asked if they had a 1BR at SSR (we were booked into a studio) and they had a 1BR available so we have upgraded to a 1BR. I feel much better having a 1BR with a baby as we will probably spend quite a bit of time in the room and we can put him in a seperate room for naps. The laundry facilities will be very handy too. The CM also offered us a proper crib rather than just using the pack n play which will be good for the length of stay we will be there.

We went to get Charlie's passport photos taken yesterday so will be sending the forms off this week. It feels so much more real that we are going now I have been able to finalise the booking now that he is here.

Congratulations! :goodvibes

I don't know about the online viewing of your booking. Hold onto that email they sent you confirming the passengers are correct. I would ask them to send an amended confirmation in the post since you still have time.

How did you get on with the passport photos? My DD was just under 2 weeks old when she had hers done, having been born 5 weeks early and it took over an hour :scared1: then I had to go back and get more pics taken. They didn't want to see my hand, her eyes had to be open and she needed to be against a white background

Thank you. It wasn't too bad - I went to a place in town that did them. We managed to get his eyes open and no sign of my hand so hopefully it will be ok. I thought they were ok with babies having their eye closed though - according to the official passport photo guidelines they should have accepted them.

Just be aware that you may not get the full sized crib - they don't have that many and they are first come first served.

You may actually prefere the pack n play as some of the full size cribs are metal and I have read reports of the matresses not fitting properly.

Have a great trip :goodvibes
