Urgent help needed- Those who create own pages for Shutterfly book

I did an album last time but i don't remember this happening before. I created my 12x12 pages in Photoshop and i uploaded them to my shutterfly acct. Well the pages all looked good in the view of shutterfly albums. However, when i went to create my book, all the pages are cut off 1-2 inch on top and bottom ? I never had this happen in the first book i did, i know a small amount would get cropped by not by this much....

Note-I am trying to create my own cover page as Jessica did on her posted album before*(Jessica-did this happen to you for the cover?) Not sure if this happens only for the cover, but i would hate to redo the entire pages?

Anyone have suggestions?

This happens worse for the cover than any other page. It has a larger "bleed area". I just kept messing around with mine, reloading it to Shutterfly and previewing it. It wasn't an exact science, but it worked. They have some downloadable templates on Shutterfly for the covers that you can use in PSE. They wouldn't work for me because I use SBC+. You might want to try those.

Also, I think they chopped a tiny bit more off my pages than I expected. Make SURE the preview looks good and NOTHING is near the edges when you order. It probably was only like 1/16 of an inch more than I thought it would be, but it still didn't look exactly like I wanted it to, but I'm just chalking it up to experience. I'll know better next time!

Thanks Jessica, i knew i could count on you
I did redo the cover pages and it had to be re-worked. Luckily the other pages in the book are fine. I did find my last book that more got cut off then i expected, so i am working on my pages not so close to edge.

As for the Shutterfly template page, that is interesting. Where can i find the templates to use in PSE?
