Urgent ADR question

So, I am 180 days out tomorrow and can make all my reservations. Going on 17th of September. Just had a look at the disney website and I can make reservations for the 16th and it isn't 11am!! Does anyone know what time I will be able to make them tomorrow. If they are available
Now, suggest they will be available early tomorrow???

It will be 10am tomorrow morning (they have already switched their clocks)

Although the 16th is showing now if you actually try to search for a time it comes back with an error

I have times up for the 16th, that's what I couldn't work out??
