I purchased a VERY large order (almost $700
) at the St. Augustine Disney Outlet over a month ago and I still have not received it!!!!!!!!
After 2 weeks of waiting, I called to see why I hadn't received it..they said that they had sent it so they figured that UPS had lost it!!!
I was sooo excited that I was able to find all the merchandise that I had searched for at this store and now it was all gone!!!!!!
I was VERY,VERY upset and sad at this point!!!!
So, they told me to call back in a few days to speak with the manager and hopefully she would know more about it. Well, I called back and they still knew nothing..they could not find any paperwork or receipts or anything..and most importantly could not find a tracking number to trace the order from UPS!!!!!
So, I call back a couple of days later and they said that they had found the package..UPS had shipped it to another state
and they were shipping it back to the store and then they would ship it back to me ASAP!! I was sooooooo happy to hear this!!!
Well, they said that I would definitely have it by Easter since some of the items were for my kids for their Easter baskets..well, I still have not received it. So, at this point I am really starting to get mad!!!!
I called back this morning and told them that I HAVE to have it by May 3 because I had ordered several shirts that I wanted my sons to wear on our WDW trip. She said that they called about the order and UPS said that it was still on its way to them and they should receive it soon. I have been given the runaround for long enough and am beginning to think that I will never get my stuff!!!!
They no longer have most of the merchandise that I ordered so if I do not get it then I will never find the items anywhere else!!!
I am just SOOOOO upset and don't know what to do!!!!! Has this ever happened to anyone else and if so, what was the end result???? If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know!!!!
