UPS lost my WDW Outlet Order!!!!

I purchased a VERY large order (almost $700:eek: ) at the St. Augustine Disney Outlet over a month ago and I still have not received it!!!!!!!!:mad: :mad: After 2 weeks of waiting, I called to see why I hadn't received it..they said that they had sent it so they figured that UPS had lost it!!!:mad: I was sooo excited that I was able to find all the merchandise that I had searched for at this store and now it was all gone!!!!!!:( I was VERY,VERY upset and sad at this point!!!!:mad: :( So, they told me to call back in a few days to speak with the manager and hopefully she would know more about it. Well, I called back and they still knew nothing..they could not find any paperwork or receipts or anything..and most importantly could not find a tracking number to trace the order from UPS!!!!!:mad: So, I call back a couple of days later and they said that they had found the package..UPS had shipped it to another state:confused: and they were shipping it back to the store and then they would ship it back to me ASAP!! I was sooooooo happy to hear this!!!:) Well, they said that I would definitely have it by Easter since some of the items were for my kids for their Easter baskets..well, I still have not received it. So, at this point I am really starting to get mad!!!!:mad: I called back this morning and told them that I HAVE to have it by May 3 because I had ordered several shirts that I wanted my sons to wear on our WDW trip. She said that they called about the order and UPS said that it was still on its way to them and they should receive it soon. I have been given the runaround for long enough and am beginning to think that I will never get my stuff!!!! :mad: :( They no longer have most of the merchandise that I ordered so if I do not get it then I will never find the items anywhere else!!!:( :( I am just SOOOOO upset and don't know what to do!!!!! Has this ever happened to anyone else and if so, what was the end result???? If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know!!!!

I hate UPS and try to avoid using them whenever possible. When my daugter was born there was a formula that we used for a little while and only found it online. Well, it arrived to the UPS distribution center here in MA but they put it right back on a truck (ground shipping) to TX. So I had to wait for it to get to the center in TX then make it's way back here. I called and raised a ruckus because it was baby formula and it was UPS' fault, not the formula company. The company shipped it out as promised but UPS goofed and they wouldn't air express it from TX to MA for me even though I explained it was formula for a 4 week old baby! The managers were useless and since then, I use shipping options other than UPS if available even if it costs a little more.
 
Oh wow I'm so sorry for your troubles. Its so frustrating, especially when it's "stuff" for your kids. I think I'll stick with the USPO.
 
I so feel for you Angie! I would be beside myself if my order was lost, never mind a $700 order! AAAAARGH!

I hope it shows up soon!
 

Can't the outlet give you the tracking #?? According to UPS, if a company has an account with them, their billing invoice would list the tracking # on it.

Don't know if this helps, but maybe a huge dose of pixie dust will!
