The day and time had finally arrived -- Andy was joining us. We were so happy that he decided to take a vacation and spend some time with us.
Andy arrived right around 1:15 and we saw him walking up to the turnstyle. After he hugged and kissed his Dad, I got a big hug and kiss too.

He proceeded to tell us that Cookie was very sad...she just moped around the house and, of course, refused to sleep up in our bed because we weren't there. So poor Andy was sleeping on the couch in the family room while Cookie slept in Mark's chair.

As much as my kids aggravate me at times (I guess, in reality, that I cannot call them kids since they are both adults now), they are both good kids and make us very proud.
So the first order of business...photopass pictures with Andy:
Then we headed back into the park, and Andy's first request: Spaceship Earth for his Grandpa. I couldn't argue with that:
After we did SE, we headed towards Journey as Andy wanted to do Captain EO with his dad. I told them to go ahead without me and I would check office voice mails, check in with my mom, etc.
I took some pictures of the fountains and the dancing water while I waited:
Michael Jackson done and over with, it was back to see Figment so Andy could ride with his mom:
We exited the attraction, and Mark decided he wanted to play. Andy looked at me as if to say, "What is dad doing?" I said "what he always does at Disney World...he acts like a kid."
Off to the dump shop and a hat picture, of course:
I guess Andy figured if his almost 59 year old dad could be a kid, he certainly could at only 25:
(This became a contest between the two of them as to who looked better as the trip went on).
From there, we headed to Soarin' to see how long the line would be. It was over 80 minutes, so Mark told Andy and I to use the fastpasses from earlier in the morning and he would check his voice mail, etc. So Andy and I rode and I loved it as always. Andy has a little problem with "motion" type attractions every once in awhile, but he said it wasn't too bad.
At this point, we decided to go to MouseGears to find something for Andy to wear to the
MNSSHP event that evening. Mission accomplished, purchases in hand, we headed to the car to drive back to the resort to get Andy settled, him a beer and changed into our outfits for the evening.
