UPH when staying on rented points?

A DVC member can buy a UPH when staying at the resort on points but what about someone who is not a DVC member and is just staying on rented points?

You can certainly get the UPH, but you cannot buy it in advance. That means you end up paying the "gate" prices and miss out on the advance purchase discount.

You MAY be offered the DVC Member discount, which is 10% off the regular price. However, more and more frequently vendors are asking to see the actual DVC membership card before granting discounts. So, I wouldn't count on getting any discounts, but you may be pleasantly surprised.

This stay i would love an UPH since I am trying to do 2 theme parks and maybe a waterpark each day for 2 days.

A short stay to introduce my sister to WDW. She knows DL 'cause she lives in CA.

I think 2 nights, 3 days is the shorted you can get it. You may or may not get the discount as it's not technically for renters.
