UPH question

My DS and his GF will be at WDW 5/8-5/11, staying at the Dolphin. They will arrive late on 5/8 and want to buy UPH for just 2 days. My question is, can they purchase UMP for just 5/9 and 5/10 (2 days)? They are leaving on 5/11 to visit IOA and really don't want to pay for UPH on that day. Time is drawing near and I really want to clear this up for them before they leave. Thanks!

No, unfortunately you can only have either the first day or the last day, not both, dropped off of the UPH ticket. Their best bet may be to just by seperate admissions for every park.

Have them ask at check in. Sometimes they will let you drop both the arrival and the departure day. There are no guarantees, but you'll never know until you ask. Some posters have reported that they were able to do this and some report that they were not.

Thanks BrainD and CarolMN. I was worried so I called the Dolphin and asked. I was told they would drop the arrival and departure day. I know it is not set in stone but I do feel better since spoke to the resort directly.
