UPH discount at check in

So what kind of discount on the UPH is currently being offered to DVC members upon check in? We are staying in December and will need a 3 nt/4 day pass which is listed as $231.08 with tax or $221.54 in advance with tax. I think that is 5% off for the advance purchase. Is that the same that DVC members pay at check in? Or have we lost that discount totally?

My understanding is 10 % off the on site UPH purchase price which does reduce the benefit by 5% effectively. So it's 5% less than prepurchase price

I just returned and had to buy two - 3 night/4 day UPH's, my family had our AP's but we had two staying with us that didn't. You are correct the normal price is $231.08 and with the DVC 10 % discount it was $207 and some change (30 something I think).
