Upgrading will i lose my DDP

We are booked to stay in Port Orleans when I booked Disney wouldn't allow me to book Saratoga springs more then 6 months out! I argued that we had always booked a year in advance before an that I could book it online but can't add an infant on line. Rang numerous of time but no couldn't book it so we booked Port Orleans till the 6 months was over but no DDP isn't free if my amend my booking will I lose my DDP?

You should have no problem upgrading then but ringing is best way to find out.
