Upgrading unused ticket days, help please.

I am currently shopping around for disney tickets, we only need 3 day hopper passes for our trip in june this year, but we know we are going again next year so i am wondering even though it will cost a bit more this time wether to buy a 7 day premium ticket then upgrade the remaining 4 days out there so we can use them next year, hopefully saving us quite a lot of money for next years trip, does anyone know how much it costs to upgrade these tickets, any advice would be great, thank you.

Jules when you up-grade it is on the initial days bought & not what is left,have a look at either Ticketmania or mapleleaftickets (.com) & compare prices.Sometimes you can get a good deal if the rate is good.BTW I've used Ticketmania & had the passes within a week of ordering them.

If you are considering 7 day tickets witht he non-expiry option, in my opinion you would be better off buying MYW tickets from www.undercovertourist.com (or another US ticket vendor) with the non-expiry option already included rather than buying the (in my opinion) overpriced 7 day UK ticket and upgrading the remaining days.

We bought 7 day park tickets from UK (Ticketmaster I think) for April 2006 trip. Both Supplier and Brit guide advised you could add 'non-expiry option by visting Customer Services when in Disney World. When i tried to do this the CM said no they don't add non-expiry to tickets bought in the UK 'as we get them so cheap anyway'. I made a fuss (polietly) and asked to be referred to a Manager and they did upgrade in the end. Hope it worked yet to use them!!!

Just be careful!
